People have been speculating Apple’s entry into the television set game for a long time, but Apple has yet to fulfill any of these prophecies. Sure there’s the current AppleTV, a stand alone box used primarily for purchasing from iTunes and Netfilx, but people continually speculate that a TV set is the next step.
